This townhouse is in the walking distance to all services. Very cozy and relaxing street, in the middle of the village.
Important to know, that the roof terrace tiling needs to be check out and repaired. It is leaking. Also, the entrance roof needs to be renovated. The old bamboo (cane) decorative roof has been taking down, and good time to update this area. I will get official estimate soon for these repairs.
